Dima (Alexander Wertmann) has punched Tobi (Mateo Wansing-Lorrio) in the face and is now supposed to apologize to him. Reluctantly, he sets off. All forms of German society seem to be lined up along the route. And again and again, everything revolves around the fact that Dima is Jewish.
 

"Masel Tov Cocktail" is a short film about Jewish life in Germany. In just 30 minutes, director Arkadij Khaet gets to the heart of the Jewish perspective. (Self)-ironic, funny, stylish - a great package. 
 

Followed by a discussion with Michael Friedman, who grew up and lives in Mannheim. Voluntary work: worked in the youth center of the Jewish Community Mannheim (1975-1978); member of the board of the Jewish Community Mannheim (1992-1993); speaker at the "Meet-a-Jew" project.
