Examination/PhD Board Dates

During the 2026–27 winter semester, the meetings of the Examination Committee and the Doctoral Committee will take place on the following dates:

1st Meeting:
Wednesday, October 14, 2026 
(Deadline for submitting applications: Monday, October 5, 2026)


2nd Meeting:
Wednesday, December 16, 2026 
(Deadline for submitting applications: Monday, December 7, 2026)


3rd Meeting:
Wednesday, February 3, 2027 
(Deadline for submitting applications: Monday, January 25, 2027)

Applications can best be submitted digitally by e-mail to maximilian.hoermann(at)hfjs.eu (please combine the entire application into 1 PDF document). Alternatively, they can also be deposited in the HÖRMANN mailbox.

Please note the application deadlines; applications submitted later cannot be considered.

Please also note the respective regulations in your subject at Heidelberg University.

Please arrange the oral examinations directly with the examiners and inform the Examinations Office of the HfJS Heidelberg of the dates two weeks in advance.
