Examination/PhD Board Dates

In the summer semester 2026, the meetings of the Examination Board and the Doctoral Committee will take place on the following days:

1. Meeting:
Wednesday, April 29, 2026
(Deadline for submission of proposals: Monday, April 20, 2026)


2. Meeting:
Wednesday, June 24, 2026
(Deadline for the submission of applications: Monday, June 15, 2026)


3. meeting:
Wednesday, July 22, 2026
(Deadline for the submission of applications: Monday, July 13, 2026)

Applications can best be submitted digitally by e-mail to maximilian.hoermann(at)hfjs.eu (please combine the entire application into 1 PDF document). Alternatively, they can also be deposited in the HÖRMANN mailbox.

Please note the application deadlines; applications submitted later cannot be considered.

Please also note the respective regulations in your subject at Heidelberg University.

Please arrange the oral examinations directly with the examiners and inform the Examinations Office of the HfJS Heidelberg of the dates two weeks in advance.
