Twentieth-Century Jewish Thinkers on the Genesis Creation Narrative versus Modern Cosmology
Prof. Mazeh was among the pioneers who initiated the search for planets beyond our Solar System in the 1980s. He is currently involved in the search for black holes using data from the European Space Agency's Gaia mission.
In his lecture, Prof. Mazeh will reflect on the relationship between scientific research and biblical narratives, and more broadly on the dialogue between reason and faith. The lecture will be followed by a brief response from Prof. Michael Engel of the Hochschule and an open discussion.
